Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day from our U.S. warehouse. Standard shipping is a flat $7.95, and free on orders over $75. Expedited overnight and 2-day options are available at checkout — machine-down emergencies happen; we get it. Tracking is emailed on every order.

 

Returns

 

Unopened optics in original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Because lenses are contamination-sensitive, opened protective and focus lenses cannot be restocked — but if a part doesn't fit the machine we said it fits, that's on us: full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

 

Defective on arrival? Send a photo and your order number to sales@laserfabricationsupply.com and a replacement ships immediately.
